The day started out with beautiful blue sky’s and hardly any clouds visible. I was hoping and wishing that we could have some puffy white clouds for photos during the ceremony. Be careful what you wish for. As the day progressed, the clouds came in and got bigger and darker, with the blue sky gradually disappearing. The guests were seated over looking the lush vineyards of Villa de Amore in Temecula. The doors were just about to open to reveal my anxious bride Serein and her excited bridal party, when a sudden gust of wind and a torrential down pour of rain hit the ceremony site. David and Eileen of Villa de Amore, handled the turbulent situation with poise and grace as they corralled the guests inside and quickly flipped the dining hall, already set for dinner, into a new ceremony site. Just a little speed bump on a wedding day. After 30 minutes of rain, the rest of the evening was flawless. The sun set beautifully making a perfect backdrop for Serein and Chris as they cut their wedding cake on their special day.
